The price of CD Projekt Red‘s Cyberpunk 2077 has just taken a nosedive. One of the most anticipated games of 2020, which sold over 13 million copies despite all of its bugs and glitches, is now $30 USD — that’s 50-percent of the original price tag.
There haven’t yet been any noteworthy comments from CD Projekt Red about this discount, but it comes at a time when the company is frantically working to crush out the game’s bugs with swift updates. Sources have suggested that the price slash might not stick around too long as they’re hopeful that CD Projekt Red will fix the game’s glitches in the near future. Furthermore, the game will also be getting a free DLC as well as next-gen upgrades for Sony PlayStation 5 and Microsoft Xbox Series X and S later on this year.
CD Projekt Red’s Cyberpunk 2077 is currently available on Best Buy’s website and other select retailers for $30 USD.
