Taking its name from a tetragonal mineral, the “Yecorite” is at once airy and earthy. Uppers are constructed from white and bone-colored Primeknit, arranged in an abstract camo pattern. On the lateral midfoot, a large, slash-like, post-dyed monofilament side stripe breaks up this assemblage by introducing an earthy brown into the mix.
Sail laces and sloping collars complete the top half, while down below midsoles take on a salmon tone and are partially translucent to show the white BOOST foam encased in their rubber folds. This salmon shade is much more pronounced on the herringbone outsole, itself stripped back to show the BOOST from another angle.
The adidas YEEZY BOOST 380 “Yecoraite” has been reported for a January 16 release date. It’ll arrive on the adidas webstore and YEEZY Supply in full family sizes, with men’s pairs priced at $230 USD, grade school pairs at $170 USD and infant pairs at $150 USD.
