They also show off the dining area and backyard pool before Daphne Maxwell Reid (the second actress who portrayed Aunt Viv), Karyn Parsons (Hilary Banks), Tatyana M. Ali (Ashley Banks) and Joseph Marcell (Geoffrey) arrive. The castmates enter the house and check out the foyer and game room, spotting a photo of the late James Avery (Uncle Phil) looking very happy.
Smith listed the Brentwood mansion on Airbnb as part of the beloved show’s 30th-anniversary and is available to Los Angeles County residents for only $30 USD a night beginning September 29. A reunion show featuring the rest of the surviving cast — even Janet Hubert, the original Aunt Viv who left the series on bad terms, will be joining — is set to premiere on HBO Max around Thanksgiving 2020.
