atmos and EVERLAST Team up for 'Hajime no Ippo' Collab
Featuring bright red 12oz boxing gloves.
atmos and EVERLAST have linked up for a bold collaboration nodding to a classic Japanese manga series: Hajime no Ippo.
The capsule includes a hoodie, a T-shirt and a pair of boxing gloves. The manga’s main character Ippo Makunouchi is printed at the front of the T-shirt, depicted in his peekaboo boxing stance, wearing a pair of shorts stamped with “atmos” branding at the waist. EVERLAST’s arched logo is emblazoned across the back to complete the piece. The same illustration appears over the hoodie, while “EVERLAST” branding is placed over the arms. Rounding off the capsule is a pair of 12oz leather gloves crafted at EVERLAST’s factory in Japan. Mirroring the pair that Makunouchi wears in the manga, the gloves come in a bright red colorway, detailed with a large “EVERLAST” patch logo on the velcro strap and “はじめの一歩,” Hajime no Ippo in Japanese, written just above the wrist.
atmos and EVERLAST’s three-piece Hajime no Ippo capsule is currently available on atmos’ website, ranging from $52 – $132 USD.
