adidas YEEZY QNTM "Quantum" Is Dropping in Sizes for All the Family
The Kanye West-designed basketball sneaker isn’t free this time around.

After giving out free pairs of the adidas YEEZY QNTM “Quantum” in highly-limited numbers during this year’s NBA All-Star Weekend, the Kanye West-designed basketball sneaker is now ready for its full release.
Following on from the first-mass market pair, the QNTM “Barium,” the previously-seen “Quantum” offering delivers lighter hues and a more summery look. It does so thanks to an exoskeleton made of gray primeknit tones coming together in a wave formation over the synthetic base, and pairing this with a cream suede toe that’s reminiscent of the shapes found on the YEEZY BOOST 700 V2.
Elsewhere we see a throat and collar made from black neoprene, which is secured with a lining of black taping. There’s also a two-tone black and silver heel counter, a black tongue with complementing black laces, and a cream outsole that works its way onto the base of the upper, becoming more translucent as it does so.
The adidas YEEZY QNTM “Quantum” is set to release on the adidas website on September 5 for £219.95 GBP (approx. $294 USD), and will also come in kids and infant’s sizes.
In other news, adidas has revisited its FYW archives and has reintroduced the Intimidation basketball sneaker.
