T.I. to Star in 'Twenty Four Seven' TV Series Produced by 50 Cent
The partnership arrives shortly after Tip challenged 50 to a VERZUZ Battle.

T.I. and 50 Cent have partnered up for a new CBS All Access TV series entitled Twenty Four Seven.
According to reports, the upcoming project will star Tip and is based on the book Notorious C.O.P.: The Inside Story of the Tupac, Biggie, and Jam Master Jay Investigations from NYPD’s First ‘Hip-Hop Cop’, written by Derrick Parker and Matt Diehl. The title focuses on Parker, a former first-grade detective at the New York City Police Department who was assigned to some of the biggest criminal cases in rap history, including the murder of Jam Master Jay and the unsolved murders of Tupac Shakur and The Notorious B.I.G.
T.I.’s starring role is still under wraps, however, Variety did confirm that he and 50 will both serve as executive producers alongside Brian Sher, Tom Sullivan and Dallas Jackson, who is also attached as a writer.
The partnership between the two artists arrives shortly Tip challenged 50 to a VERZUZ Battle. Wishing the older rapper a happy birthday, T.I. told him to “Pull your a*s up with 20 of your records,” and even poked a little fun by saying, “Well, guess who ain’t scared of your motherf*ckin’ a*s, 50?” The v producer laughed the challenge off and posted a screenshot of the article about it, writing, “Yo somebody passed T.I. the weed they gave smokey in Friday. L.O.L.”
