Bob's Watches "FRESH FINDS" Auction Sees '60s-Era Vintage Watches
Four historic sports watches.

Bob’s Watches “FRESH FINDS” auction has come to an end and the final prices have just been revealed. All four of the fresh-to-market ‘60-era watches have been sold for a grand total of $98,700 USD.
The highlight of the auction, the Gilt Dial Rolex Submariner ref. 5512 received 9 bids in total and sold for $30,200 USD while the Rolex GMT-Master ref. 1675 sold for $30,000 USD. Trailing behind was the Rolex 1016 Explorer which sold for $21,000 USD, and finally the Omega Speedmaster “Ed White” ref. 105.003 which sold for $17,500 USD with a total of 5 bids.

Bob’s Watches continues with its ongoing series of watch auctions with its latest “FRESH FINDS” lot. The theme this time around is wristwatches from the ’60s — all from the sports category.
On the auction block this time is a 1963 Rolex Gilt-Gloss PCG 1675 GMT Master, a 1961 Rolex Sub 5512 with exclamation chapter ring dial with PCG, a 1963 Explorer 1016 with an exclamation chapter ring dial, and a 1965 Omega straight-lug pre-moon “Ed White” Speedmaster.
With no reserve or buyer’s premium, each of the watches can be found now over at the FRESH FINDS auction page until August 4.
