Nicole McLaughlin Raffles Upcycled Patagonia Slippers and More for #BlackLivesMatter
Benefiting Black Lives Matter, Black Visions Collective, and Know Your Rights Camp.

Nicole McLaughlin is raffling off six custom upcycled pieces to raise money for #BlackLivesMatter charities.
The one-of-a-kind items range from a vest made from Arc’Teryx backpacks, two pairs of slippers made from Patagonia fleeces, a fold-up chair made from The North Face‘s puffer materials, a nylon and mesh laptop bag made from a TNF vest, and another laptop sleeve made from Carhartt‘s signature Duck canvas.
In an Instagram post, McLaughlin announced her stance and initiative saying, “My fellow allies, we have a lot of work to do. We must continue to fight with the same passion and energy that we’ve had these last few weeks… We must continue to educate ourselves, keep the conversation alive, have difficult conversations, and keep each other informed. We must never stop the fight for justice and equality for those whose privilege was never even given to them.”
The raffle tickets sold will raise money that is going to be donated to charities and organizations including Black Lives Matter, Black Visions Collective and Colin Kaepernick’s Know Your Rights Camp. Tickets are priced at $10 USD each and can be purchased on Nicole McLaughlin’s website from now until June 12.
