Maison Margiela Immortalizes Tabi Silhouette as a Sterling Silver Necklace
Gold-toned on one side, silver on the other.
Maison Margiela‘s signature Tabi silhouette appears in many forms, but only now does it appears as a necklace. In the past, the imprint has treated us to a Tabi keyring, and has even produced a very rare Tabi-printed T-shirt.
The necklace is made out of .925 sterling silver, with the Tabi charm hanging off of a thin silver chain. Margiela’s Tabi charm replicates the sole of the brand’s boot, and appears in silver on one side, and in a gold-tone on the other.
Maison Margiela’s moniker is debossed into the “sole” of the charm on the gold side, while information about the necklace’s composition can be found on the silver side. The piece is made in Italy and is finished with a traditional lobster clasp.
