Converse has reworked its Chuck 70 sneaker with everything from multicoloured seams to Scooby-Doo prints so far this spring. Their latest style, which just been released, features an iridescent-panelled makeover.

Retaining its archetypal silhouette, the high-top Summer Glow Chuck 70 becomes a statement piece thanks to its shiny and reflective panelling, offering hues of pink, purple, yellow, white and green.

Accompanying white laces and a translucent midsole — made using Converse’s signature vulcanized rubber — only add to the clean, summer-ready look. An OrthoLite insole for cushioning ensures they’re as comfortable as they are eye-catching, while the signature star branding on the side remains true to the brand’s history.

The Summer Glow Chuck 70 is available to buy now from the Converse web store and retails at $90 USD.

In other news, Places+Faces and G-Shock have teamed up for a celebratory watch collaboration.
