Poggy's 2G Taps Carhartt WIP, Suicoke for Logo-Heavy Exclusives
Bold summer-ready shirts and espadrilles.
Poggy and Medicom Toy‘s 2G label has signed on Carhartt WIP and Suicoke for a concise logo-heavy capsule. Following its Hajime Sorayama collaboration from 2 months ago, 2G has opted for a lineup of T-shirts, long-sleeves and espadrilles this time around.
Both the T-shirts and the long-sleeves come in colors of fluorescent pink, lime green, blue, white and black, emblazoned with stark co-branding. “2G” is stamped at the upper right chest in a futuristic silver font, while a small Carhartt WIP patch logo is woven onto the upper left chest pocket. Each piece sports a semi-boxy cut, complemented by its smooth cotton fabric construction for a relaxed look and feel.
Finishing off the capsule is a pair of espadrilles made with Suicoke. Most of its uppers have been kept neat and black, allowing contrasting embroidery at the forefoot to pop — “2” is placed at the right foot, while “G” appears on the left. A sleek esparto midsole rounds up the details of the summer-ready slip-ons.
The 2G x Carhartt WIP x Suicoke capsule will be available on June 13 on 2G’s dedicated Shibuya Parco website, ranging from $53 – $149 USD.
