Will Smith's Bel-Air Athletics Honors Michael Jordan's Legendary NBA Career

Will Smith‘s imprint Bel-Air Athletics is paying homage to Michael Jordan‘s legacy. The label has dropped a four-piece capsule that coincides with the season finale of the docuseries The Last Dance, a miniseries that examines MJ’s career, particularly with a focus on his legendary tenure with the Chicago Bulls from ‘97 to ‘98.

The capsule features two long-sleeves and two T-shirts, emblazoned with nostalgic graphics that mirror vintage sporting designs. One noteworthy piece commemorates the Bulls’ sixth championship title, within the span of eight seasons, and references the years “91-93” and “96-98.” An arched “BEL-AIR” logo is placed just below the print, followed by the words “court to court,” “Domination” and “B.A.A. World Championships.” Another highlight is a black T-shirt that nods to MJ’s time with the Birmingham Barons minor league baseball team. “BELAIR” branding is seen at the front of the tee, complemented by Jordan’s player number “45” below — the same number is repeated on the back of the shirt.
