The North Face has unveiled a brand new silhouette from its Spring/Summer 2020 footwear lineup. After just releasing its PURPLE LABEL knit and leather buckled sandals, the outdoor label has crafted a trek-ready Ultra Stratum Pro — coming in colorways of brown, olive and black.

Starting at the top of the silhouette are durable ballistic ripstop uppers that are made using 100 percent recycled materials. Cushioned heel pads are placed at the rear strap, complemented by an adjustable belt on the medial side that meets the label’s “The North Face” patch logo on the forefoot. The frontmost section of the uppers come with velcro closures that allow wearers to adjust the fit of the sandals to their liking. All of these features rest over an ergonomically molded foundation, optimized with FASTFOAM cushioning technology for extra shock absorption, while a Mega Grip Vibram outsole maximizes grip and traction.

The North Face’s Ultra Stratum Pro is currently available on Goldwin’s website for $133 USD.

In case you missed it, check out a new iteration of The North Face’s Denali Jacket in the label’s Urban Exploration capsule.
