RMR Delivers New Country-Trap Cut "I'M NOT OVER YOU"
Produced by Timbaland and Andre Brissett.
After debuting the Future and Lil Baby-featuring remix of “DEALER” with HYPEBEAST earlier this month, mysterious masked rapper RMR has now delivered a new single dubbed “I’M NOT OVER YOU.” Taking to tonight’s episode of Desus & Mero to debut the track, the enigmatic artist’s latest offering continues to showcase RMR’s looking-glass take on trap.
In accordance with his breakout ballad “Rascal,” which flipped Rascal Flatts’ “Bless The Broken Road,” RMR’s latest cut sees him tapping into his audacious blend of country and trap. Over thick banjo strings and warped 808 bass provided by Timbaland and Andre Brissett, he croons “Call her phone, these days she don’t answer/Askin’ God, ‘Oh Lord, please take my prayer’ […] On my knees, you can see I’m goin’ crazy.”
