The Omega Speedmaster 38mm Now Comes in Diamond-Encrusted Sedna or Yellow Gold
The Moon watch reaches new heights.
Originally made famous by its visit to the Moon, the Omega Speedmaster has since been reiterated over countless references, spanning across a whole spectrum of colors, designs, and movements. Now, opting for its more reserved 38mm size, the Swiss watchmaker has gone full luxury with its latest edition, offering a precious metal duo with diamond-encrusted bezels.
Focusing on more earthy tones, the two Speedmasters are now crafted in either a shimmering yellow gold or the brand’s trademarked Sedna 18k rose gold. The former pairs a pristine white dial with a deep green tachymeter bezel and matching alligator strap, while the latter is complements an elegant silver dial with a dark brown bezel and taupe alligator strap. As an added degree of luxuriousness, both models are also offered with a second diamond-set bezel. Both are powered by Omega’s in-house co-axially co-axial and chronometer-certified Caliber 3330 automatic movement, operating at 28,800 vibrations an hour and carrying a power reserve of 52 hows.
For those interested, either model of the new Speedmaster 38mm is now available, going for $15,600 USD for the standard tachymeter bezel version and $18,900 USD for the diamond-set edition. Head over to Omega’s website to learn more now.
Elsewhere in watches, Travis Scott was spotted wearing a $150,000 USD Audemars Piguet.
