Medhane Drops Refreshing New Project 'Cold Water'
His third release in the past six months.
Brooklyn’s Medhane has shared his latest project, Cold Water. The 15-track project marks his third full-length release in the past six months, following Own Pace in November 2019 and FULL CIRCLE in February 2020.
Medhane enlists guest features from Navy Blue on “TRS,” Jadasea on “Watch My Step,” keiyaA on opener “Off Tha Strength,” Maxo on “Full Hands” and production from Chuck Strangers, Alexander Spit, Ohbliv and Medhane’s AFB alter ego, Cold Water hears the young artist at his most confident, direct and best. He’s escaped his feelings of seclusion from being away at school in Carnegie Mellon and firmly plants his feet as one of the most exciting acts to come out of New York City.
Elsewhere in music, Megan Thee Stallion and Beyoncé’s “Savage (Remix)” entered this week’s Billboard 100 at No. 1.
