HAVEN Spotlights Stone Island Shadow Project SS20 in New Editorial
Continuing to emphasize the brand’s extensive textile experimentation.

After showcasing Stone Island’s Spring/Summer 2020 collection in it’s March editorial, Canadian boutique-meets-imprint HAVEN has now returned with a new collection of looks highlighting the brand’s technical Shadow Project sub-line. Produced alongside Errolson Hugh and his ACRONYM team, Stone Island Shadow Project SS20 continues to build on its experimentally-driven and utilitarian-aligned aesthetic, with HAVEN highlighting this season’s garment-dyed and enzyme-treated textiles.
Highlights showcased in the new editorial include the sub-line’s signature Convert pants — a cult archive piece for many techwear collectors — as well as various Nylon Metal outerwear. The convert pants return for the summer with a mesh panel construction, providing increased ventilation and comfort through the use of convertible pockets. Stone Island’s signature Nylon Metal material is also flipped in typical Shadow Project fashion, this time opting for a striped version whereby trilobite structured nylon yarn is interwoven with polyester striping. Other pieces that are highlighted include a variety of loose-fitting shorts, a workwear-style Heavy Compact Cotton Garment Dyed Jacket in black, as well as various mid-layer options that feature ultra-compact fleece.
