and wander has dropped a new piece from its expansive Spring/Summer 2020 lineup. Following its collaboration with Salomon, the Japanese label has delivered a tech-heavy garment that’s been made for both outdoor treks and urban environments — “Utility Pocket Vest.”
As its name suggests, the vest is embellished with a set of pockets that cover most of the garment’s front profile. It’s constructed mostly with sleek black nylon, accented by contrasting ripstop straps emboldened with “and wander” branding. A black carabiner is hung from the topmost pocket at the right side of the vest, complemented by a large flap pocket on the left side with enough room to carry large water bottles. Furthermore, the back of the vest comes with a stretchy drawcord system that can be adjusted for an optimal fit. Other details like tonal top-stitching and piping, adjustable cinching at the waist and interior pockets round up the piece’s outdoor-friendly design.
