From graphic-heavy apparel collections to artful bottle rockets, WACKO MARIA and Los Angeles-based artist Neck Face are no strangers when it comes to collaborations. This time, the duo have teamed up for a range of casual Hawaiian shirts featuring the artist’s frightening illustrations.

Available in red, white, blue and gray, each shirt is printed with Neck Face’s provocative imagery of demon-like characters killing humans and animals in brutal ways. Detailed depictions of blood splatters contrast with silhouettes of African acacia trees. In true Neck Face style, the violent imagery is offset with humorous writings: “My yoga mat is 100% organic!” a person cries as his head is shot off. “I missed it. Can you do it again?” a satanic figure asks, holding up a phone to document a decapitation. Each rayon shirt features notched lapels and a boxy-cut finish.

Beginning April 11, the Neck Face x WACKO MARIA Hawaiian Shirts will be available on WACKO MARIA’s website for approx. $325 USD.

In related news, WACKO MARIA immortalized three works by Jean-Michel Basquiat on its signature Hawaiian shirt silhouette.
