OMB Peezy Drops Lucid Lo-Fi Visuals for New Single "Everybody"
Coming through with an aggressive flow.
OMB Peezy has dropped a new hard-hitting banger titled “Everybody” alongside a lucid music video that’s equally charged up. This track follows a set of other released singles from earlier this year, like “Fake Love” and “Let Up,” after putting out his LP Preacher To The Streets.
Measuring at approximately three minutes, “Everybody” is steeped in a heavy midtempo trap beat made up of dreamy synths, hard 808 drums and neatly syncopated hi-hats. From the start of the first verse, Peezy goes in with an aggressive flow that highlights both his unique personality as well as some rich lyricism. The rapper comes through with notable quotes like “Put my life in V’s hands, I know he toe tagger / When you climbin’ to the top, you know you gotta keep a ladder” and “If you wanna leave, why you ain’t leavin’? / …throw me a case, I’m ’bout to Michael Jackson beat it.” Accompanying the song, the music video shows hazy lo-fi clips of Peezy driving through the suburbs, coupled with moments where collage-like cutouts of the rapper are scattered across the screen.
