Xbox One Drops a 'Cyberpunk 2077' Limited Edition Console Bundle
Launching three months before the game’s release.
Microsoft and the Xbox team has just unveiled a new limited edition console bundle for Cyberpunk 2077, confirming a previous Amazon leak revolving around the game-themed controller as well as featuring a custom Xbox One X.
Xbox first made the announcement in the form of a cryptic code on Twitter, inviting fans to break and solve it. When they eventually did, the gaming company dropped a full trailer for the bundle, giving gamers a closer look at what’s to come. The console itself uses the top ranged model for Xbox’s current lineup, reimagined with highly decorated panels, various LEDs and laser-etched decals with a weathered effect parallel to the game’s aesthetic. Equipped with a 1TB hard drive, the console will also come with a special controller inspired by Keanu Reeves’ character Johnny Silverhand, featuring fully mappable buttons as well as a 3.5mm stereo headset jack, and support for other Windows 10 devices.
There’s currently no pricing information on the Cyberpunk 2077 , but Microsoft has slated its released for June, three months before the official release of the game.
Elsewhere in gaming, the X-Force is joining Deadpool in Fortnite: Chapter 2.
