After debuting in a handful of understated colorways, adidas OriginalsTorsion TRDC has gone full-on wild in recent months with multiple bright-hued makeups. Now, it’s appeared in one of its most colorful styles yet: a bold “Vivid Pink.”

One of the Torsion TRDC’s main selling points is its heavily layered mesh and synthetic upper. With its multiple pieces, layers and materials, this serves as an apt canvas for color experimentation. Here, that’s used in full: “Vivid Pink” — more purple in actual presentation — is used on most of the overlays and the quarter panel, also making an appearance towards the forefoot. Hits of neon yellow are dispersed thorough the upper as well, with neon green taking up residence on the rear half. Rope laces, plastic heel pieces and fabric Three Stripe embellishments further the technical style.

Everything up top is tied together by simple grey and black shades, with adiPRENE midsoles offering a mixture of more neon green, black and “Vivid Pink.” Rugged Traxion midsoles with a toothed midfoot shank reminiscent of earth-gripping crampons completes the look.

The adidas Torsion TRDC “Vivid Pink” is available now on the adidas webstore, and retails for $130 USD.
