The designer showcased the sartorial direction that Off-White™ has explored since it’s Pre-Fall 2020 collection, and heavily represented throughout its FW20 runway show. It’s this show’s collection that Abloh has put the spotlight on here, showing us some of the design elements, unique finishing touches and playful components of his label’s latest output.
Abloh shows a leather jacket complete with cut-out holes and razor blade-like tabs, wide ties that have also been given the cut-out treatment, trousers with paperclips for zipper pulls, pleated suit pants and much more. One of the standout observations from Abloh is the Off-White™ blazer that’s lined with a painting by the Dutch artist Pascal Möhlmann, as well as the finishing touches found on the tailoring, such as the paperclip that’s in place of a cufflink.
