ASICS' GEL-Kayano 5 360 Receives Cool "Grey/Mint Tint" Makeover
Embellished with semi-translucent overlays.
Like the GmbH collaboration or the “Sheet Rock/Silver” colorway, ASICS‘ GEL-Kayano 5 360 has seen a number of iterations as of late. The Japanese footwear label is back with a new spin on the silhouette, this time giving it a cool “Grey/Mint Tint” update.
Starting at the top of the shoe is a black leather ASICS logo, followed by clean semi-translucent overlays covering the rest of the tongue. Light blue leather panels appear at the eyelets, sidewalls, mudguards and toecap, contrasting the see-through fabrics around the body and toebox. Furthermore, “ASICS” branding is stamped at the rear quarter, over a minty teal palette that frames the side stripes, toecap and outsole. All of these details sit atop a full-length GEL cushioning unit, engineered from the label’s GEL-Quantum 360 line, for optimal comfort and stability.
