Nike Dresses the Air Max 2090 in "Photon Dust"
With dashes of volt accenting.
Celebrating the Air Max 90’s 30th anniversary this year, Nike is launching a whole slate of colorways for the iconic silhouette, as well as colorways for the contemporary model inspired by it: the Air Max 2090.
Dubbed “Photon Dust,” this particular iteration sees the futuristic sneaker’s airy mesh upper and leather panels dressed in “Ice Blue” and a pristine white shade, creating a lightweight, spring-ready aesthetic. Neon volt accents shine through its overlays through the detailed stitching, working together with the contrasting black outline of the Swoosh logo by the midfoot as well as the looped pull tab on the heel. The color scheme then extends down to the sole, where its white midsole is wrapped by a blue Air Max heel unit and rubber outsole.
For those interested, Nike’s new Air Max 2090 “Photon Dust” will be available March 26 over at Solebox, going for €150 EUR ($162 USD).
