G Herbo Honors Juice WRLD With New "My Bro's A Legend" Visual
“I make real music, full of pain and struggle.”
Chicago drill mainstay G Herbo has built his career off of the honesty and real life depictions of the violence that he grew up in. His early 2010 verses were often rapped furiously in double time as if Herbo needed to get everything off his chest quick enough before the beat ended. On his latest record, PTSD, the 24-year-old is wise beyond his years, battling his demons for everyone to see. Now he’s back with a new visual for “My Bro’s A Legend,” an intimate look into his life through hand-held video footage with honorary Juice WRLD clips throughout.
The track opens up with him stating, “I make real music full of pain and struggle, ’cause that’s where I come from.” The video doesn’t hold back either, following G Herbo to the cemetery, in the kitchen with Juice WRLD, and on FaceTime with his son. “My Bro’s A Legend” was originally found on his 9-track offering Sessions was produced by legendary Atlanta producerZaytoven with the video released on the heels of Herbo’s recent Lil Durk “Chiraq Demons” collaboration.
