Empress Of's Electronic Banger "Give Me Another Chance" Sees Steamy New Visuals
Ahead of the artist’s upcoming LP.
It’s been a little over a year since Empress Of delivered her second full-length LP Us. But the artist is showing no signs of slowing down, returning with new visuals for the lead single “Give Me Another Chance,” from an upcoming album that’s going to be titled “I’m Your Empress Of.
Clocking in at approximately two minutes and forty seconds, the new track is an electronic head-banger set with a hypnotic mid-tempo groove. The instrumental arrangements are dominated by bouncy 808s, melodic percussions, crisp snares and visceral synths that bear a smooth airy quality. At the beginning of the song, all that’s heard are continuous percussion loops, joined later by synths as the arrangements build up to an infectious chorus that seamlessly blends Empress Of’s ethereal vocals. Accompanying the single is a steamy music video laced with hazy edits and bright strobe flashes as Empress Of gets engulfed by a swarm of club-goers, fitting visuals for the charged-up anthem.
