Commonwealth Classics Breathes New Life Into the 1990 Land Rover Defender 110
Completely rebuilt from the ground up.
Classic Land Rover enthusiasts are in luck — the Virginia-based vintage car dealer Commonwealth Classics is now offering up a rare 1990 Land Rover Defender 110 for sale, but far from just an old truck, the beautifully engineered vehicle has been completely refurbished with new gadgets as well.
The project was undertaken by Unique Masterpieces, an expert workshop on Defenders located in North Portugal, which took apart every screw and bolt of this particular ride and painstakingly rebuilt it from the ground up with various new parts as well as custom pieces. Once put together, the 110 received a new paint job in a sleek charcoal grey, working perfectly with the black leather upholstery and console on the interior. Powering the truck now is a 200Tdi four-cylinder turbo diesel engine with variable-geometry turbo, paired with a 5-speed LT77 manual transmission upgraded with a short shift mechanism. Other features include Bilstein shocks and springs for its suspension, air conditioning, and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker.
Commonwealth Classics is now selling this 1990 Land Rover Defender 110 for $155,000 USD. Head over to its website to learn more now.
Elsewhere in classic cars, a 1956 Ferrari 250 GT Berlinetta Prototipo is currently also up for sale.
