Tamashii Nations to Release The Dragon Radar Replica From 'Dragon Ball'
The LED emits light and emits the same start-up sounds and sound effects from the anime series.
Tamashii Nations and Propecia are releasing a life-sized replica of the Dragon Radar from the Dragon Ball franchise. The device, invented by Bulma, is able to track down the seven Dragon Balls in the series, which are used to summon Shenron and make wishes.
The device fits in the palm of your hand at about 10 cm and the LED emits light and emits the same start-up sounds and sound effects from the anime series. The Dragon Radar features two modes: “Let’s Catch It” and “Let’s Find It.” With the press of a switch, the display features seven lights scattering and another click activates a game for users to collect them all at varying speeds and summon Shenron.
The Dragon Radar is currently on sale at select electronics retailers for ¥2,750 JPY (approximately $25 USD). Check on Tamashii Nations website for more information.
In related news, Disney and Lucasfilm announced a new Star Wars saga: The High Republic.
