Roddy Ricch Offloads Cinematic Visual for "The Box"
Co-directed by Ricch and Christian Breslauer.
Roddy Ricch has released a cinematic music video for his viral chart-topping track “The Box.” The song — from his debut album Please Excuse Me for Being Antisocial — claimed the first no. 1 spot of the new decade, despite not being released as a single.
Co-directed by both Ricch and Christian Breslauer. the visual starts with Roddy revving up his engines ahead of a street race. As the video unfolds, Ricch can be seen taking to the basketball courts as he lands a game-winning dunk, swimming in a shark-infested pool, and robbing a bank alongside his posse before ending with a clip of Ricch being stuck in a literal box.
