BAPE Announces Coach Collaboration
Expect co-branded monograms and APE HEADs.

BAPE kicked off 2020 with a collaborative streak, following mastermind JAPAN and Alpha Industries partnerships with another joint effort. This time, the stalwart Japanese label is linking with American luxury imprint Coach for a logo-heavy collection.
Little has been revealed from either entity, with BAPE merely announcing the collaboration by way of a brief video and Coach posting a few images of a Baby Milo plush on Instagram. If it’s anything like the recent BAPE x MCM range, however, fans can expect plenty of co-branded accessories and garments alike, mingling staples from both labels. BAPE’s trademark printed T-shirts and hoodies, perhaps emblazoned with Baby Milo imagery, are likely to accompany several of Coach’s classic leather goods, including bags and backpacks. Coache’s brand ambassador Michael B. Jordan may also showcase the collection in accompanying lookbook or campaign imagery.
With Coach’s New York Fashion Week presentation scheduled for February 11, expect more news of the BAPE x Coach goods to arrive shortly. The latter label also teasing an expansive release at BAPE stores “from London to L.A.”
Most recently, BAPE Miami launched an assortment of collaborative J Balvin gear.
