Timex Revives Its Expedition Atlantis Watch for Latest Capsule
A range of outdoors-inspired cases arrive as a part of its Nuptse collection.
Timex has built on its recent military-inspired collection with Nigel Cabourn by reviving its classic Expedition Atlantis model for a capsule dubbed Nuptse.
Drawing inspiration from the technical clothing traditionally worn by climbers, explorers, mountain rescue and forest services, Timex Japan has dressed its classic digital model in an array of outdoors-inspired hues and classic color combinations.
Each 40mm retains classic Timex characteristics like its signature backlight and 330ft water resistance, as well as the date, time and a super-durable resin strap.
Priced at ¥8,800 (approximately $85 USD), each watch is available now from the Timex Japan webstore.
In other news, a new Instagram post has suggested that a new JJJJound x PORTER collaboration is on the way.
