The North Face Japan Issues Monochrome Outerwear in FW20 "Black Series"
Blacked-out takes on the Denali, Mountain and Nuptse jackets.
The North Face‘s Japanese branch already introduced a selection of muted jackets for the cold weather season but its not done yet; the Goldwin-managed company has revised its signature outerwear pieces in blacked-out editions as part of a new “Black Series” drop, exclusively available online.
Comprising the Denali, Nuptse and Mountain jackets , the drop reworks the recognizable North Face items in three colorways of all-black, black/grey or black/khaki. Here, the three styles take on their usual shapes, updated with thoughtful additions like recycled polyester and down. Tonal The North Face branding graces the front and/or rear of each item to signify its inclusion in this special release, with all hardware rendered in matching tones so as to avoid interrupting the versatile makeups.
All three jackets — the Nuptse, Denali and Mountain – are available in limited numbers on The North Face Japan’s web store, where they’re selling briskly.
