Tame Impala's New MV "Breathe Deeper" Stars a Bright CGI dragonfly
Psychedelic visuals for the goovy track.
Tame Impala has just released a new music video for his track “Breathe Deeper.” The song is the fifth cut from his latest studio LP The Slow Rush, which follows the album’s lead single “Posthumous Forgiveness.”
The new visuals star a CGI dragonfly amidst a psychedelic backdrop that switches between solid animation and abstract patterns. Measuring at a little under six and a half minutes, the video follows a dragonfly that appears to have a transcendental trip in a cave. It later faces the camera and sings, picking up its wings and flying through the air from its point of view. There are layers of oscillating visuals that match the song’s groovy sound, and there are also two strange blobby creatures that dancing together: overall, it’s a mystical acid trip that looks pretty cool.
