As a final farewell to 2020, the Reebok team is ushering in its third and final offering of the “Alternates” heritage basketball pack with the release of the Question Mid “Yellow Toe”.

This “Yellow Toe” variation is arguably one of the vector brand’s biggest drops of the year, and that is simply because it is associated with none other than the late Kobe Bryant. Before the Laker legend officially signed to Nike, he was a sneaker free agent for the 2002-2003 NBA season, and during that year Bryant was spotted rocking various types of sneakers from Air Jordan 3s to Converse Weapons to Reebok Questions, the latter of which included a special PE colorway much like this one.

Styled to match that of the Lakers’ home threads back then, the hoops-turned-lifestyle model predominantly hues its upper and midsole piece in bright white, and invites in accents of “Yellow Thread” and “Ultra Violet” to play supportive roles. The former make up the toe overlays, lace loops, heightened heel panel and midsole pod backgrounds while the latter follows suit via the throat’s Reebok lettering and the trimming of the aforementioned sections.

Beneath that, the outsoles of these Allen Iverson shoes are also given a yellow paint job, but deviate in a shade that is slightly darker. Reebok will be dropping these in men’s and grade school sizes on December 31 for $140 USD and $100 USD.
