YG Entertainment Announces BLACKPINK's Lisa and Rosé Solo Debuts
The K-pop supergroup looks to continue its dominance next year.
Looking to continue BlackPink‘s dominance into 2021, YG Entertainment has announced that members Lisa and Rosé will be making their solo debuts next year. The announcement comes after BlackPink’s THE SHOW global livestream concert was delayed and builds on Jennie‘s “SOLO” promotion back in 2018.
The K-pop giant revealed that filming the music videos for the highly-anticipated solo efforts would begin soon. Although no other details have been made available, it is being noted that Rosé’s solo will be coming first with Lisa’s to follow shortly after.
Meanwhile, Jisoo’s debut album announced back in June has now been pushed back due to her filming commitments for the K-drama Snowdrop.
