Run The Jewels Share 'Cyberpunk 2077' Soundtrack Cut "No Save Point"
The highly-anticipated video game releases December 10.
Run The Jewels have dropped off their Cyberpunk 2077 soundtrack contribution, “No Save Point.”
Clocking in at just a little over three minutes, the cut hears Killer Mike and El-P trade fierce verses of quick witted quips and pointed social commentary. The track also arrives with an accompanying music video directed by Mike Diva, which shows the two in a world that borrows visual cues from the highly-anticipated video game.
Cyberpunk 2077 will be an open world game set in the American megalopolis of Night City, which is described as “obsessed with power, glamour and body modification.” The official game synopsis continues, “You play as V, a mercenary outlaw going after a one-of-a-kind implant that is the key to immortality. You can customize your character’s cyberware, skillset and playstyle, and explore a vast city where the choices you make shape the story and the world around you.”

In other music news, Kendrick Lamar reportedly has six albums worth of unreleased music.
