'Animal Crossing: New Horizons' Gears up for the Winter Holiday Season
The new update drops November 19.
Constantly updating its game with the latest seasonal content to keep players engaged, Nintendo‘s Animal Crossing: New Horizons is now gearing up for the winter holiday festivities.
As usual, the update will bring a whole range of new items you can play with, such as new outfits, hairstyles, and reactions. There’ll be holiday-themed decorations all across the island, including Christmas trees you can shake to receive ornaments, which are then used to make seasonal furniture.
Most significantly, the new trailer (which you can view above) showcases two specific celebrations for the upcoming months: “Turkey Day” and “Toy Day.” The former will take place on November 26, where a Turkey chef named Franklin comes to your island in preparation for a massive feast, employing your help to collect various ingredients. The latter will then take place on December 24, featuring a Reindeer named Jingle, who will task you with delivering toys to all your island’s residents. Of course, helping out will earn you a gift too.
For those playing Animal Crossing: New Horizons, the winter holiday update will commence November 19.
Elsewhere in gaming, someone turned the PlayStation 5 into Yu-Gi-Oh!’s Seto Kaiba.
