Timex’s Camper Watch Has Been Given an Illustrative Makeover
Linking up with Tokyo-based designer Face and Anna Magazine.
Timex’s Camper watch is arguably one of its most recognized models to-date. Adaptable, easy-to-wear and comfortable on the wrist, its a simple-yet-effective design is a classic from the heritage American brand. Now for 2020, Timex has teamed up with Japan’s Anna Magazine and Tokyo-based illustrator Face, for a collaborative release of the classic piece.
Arriving at 36mm in diameter, each Camper rework features a playful dial design, courtesy of Face, under its domed acrylic crystal, all supported by a comfortable grosgrain strap that makes it the perfect fit for outdoor use, just like an original Camper watch.
Anna Magazine, a print editorial on style and culture with a social, feminine focus, contributed the “Analog Life” concept that formed the basis for each special watch — a switch it hopes will awaken our senses and love in the joy of analog once again.
The Timex x Face x Anna Camper watch is available to buy now from the Timex webstore.
