Pharrell and adidas Originals' Hu NMD "Dash Green" Might Be the Duo's Freshest Yet

In recent weeks, Pharrell Williams and adidas Originals have revisited the inaugural form of their collaborative Hu NMD, releasing the “Extra Eye” pack alongside other co-made sneakers, and now the shoe is set to return in a new “Glory Grey/Dash Green/Sand” colorway.

With that being said, this new pair does switch up the Hu NMD’s style quite a bit. While the full-length BOOST midsole complete with its low-profile outsole remains, the upper has been given an overhaul using Primeknit fabric. A padded white fabric base is housed underneath a daring Primeknit net that is finished with silver-toned embroidery on the vamp of each foot.

Joining this is a translucent “Dash Green” lace cage that sits on the sides, becoming a part of the “Sand” BOOST sole and its complementing midsole plugs. White 3M-equipped laces wrap over the upper, bringing the eye towards the white collar trim and padded interior.

At the rear, the sneaker is finished with its signature leather adidas Trefoil-branded tab in baby blue with white embossing. A black rubber outsole rounds out the pair.

Pharrell’s adidas Originals Hu NMD “Glory Grey/Dash Green/Sand” is set to release exclusively on adidas’ app on October 25 at 8:30 a.m. BST (3:30 a.m. EST) for £179.95 GBP (approx. $234 USD). Take a closer look at the pair above.
