Being an avid fan of the WWE, Portland Trail Blazers Point Guard Damian Lillard and adidas recently came together to craft a special colorway for his signature shoe to celebrate one of his favorite wrestlers. Set to release one day before this year’s Royal Rumble pay-per-view event, the latest take on the Dame 6 pays homage to superstar “Stone Cold” Steve Austin and serves as part of the German sportswear brand’s official partnership with the WWE.

Inspired by “The Texas Rattlesnake” signature vest and denim shorts attire, the special edition features a black synthetic snakeskin upper contrasted by blue accents. Rounding up the design of the upper is gold textile taping that help provide a secure lockdown, referencing the wrestler’s various championship runs over the year. Finally, a broken glass and skull motif appears on the sockliner and the “DAME 3:16” printed midsole is paired with an icey translucent blue rubber outsole.

Priced at $120 USD, the “Stone Cold” Steve Austin x adidas Dame 6 is set to release January 25 online and at select retailers.
