Nintendo to Release 'Animal Crossing' Themed Switch in Pastel Colors
Releasing alongside the upcoming ‘Animal Crossing: New Horizons’ title.

Nintendo is releasing an Animal Crossing-themed Switch in March to coincide with the release of Animal Crossing: New Horizons the following week. The inspired console is a standard V2 edition of the Nintendo Switch, however, it sports pastel green and blue Joy-Cons and comes with “a white Nintendo Switch dock, adorned with images of recognizable characters Tom Nook and Nooklings Timmy and Tommy.”
The controllers are also white on the back with white wrist straps to match the base color of the dock. Lastly, the console will come with a screen protector. Despite being inspired by the game, this Switch will not be bundled with the upcoming Animal Crossing: New Horizons and must be purchased separately.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons will arrive on March 20, and the Nintendo Switch console inspired by it will arrive a week early on March 13. However, the product is slated to be available for pre-sale from retailers soon.
