Nas Joins Lil Nas X for a Remix of "Rodeo"
Debuted at the 2020 GRAMMY Awards.
Nas and Lil Nas X have finally teamed up to deliver an official remix of “Rodeo,” taken from the young star’s 7 EP. The duo debuted the remix during the 62nd annual GRAMMY Awards ceremony, where Nas X brought out the veteran rapper as a surprise.
“It feels amazing to have a track with Nas, and for Nas to even acknowledge me,” Lil Nas X said in a promotional video. “This is a moment for hip-hop, you know? It’s generation-binding.”
Nas added, “I just saw him break barriers with country, hip-hop, and I think that this is a historic event. So many years apart and we do the same thing, you know? It’s just [a] different style.”
