Queens rapper Bas has stayed busy following 2018’s Milky Way project. Not only was he a prominent feature on Dreamville’s collaborative Revenge of the Dreamers III, he also linked up with B. Lewis and Falcons in Tokyo for the grainy film visual for his single “Nirvana”. The single showcased a focus soulful vibe with themes of love through Uber Eats and Netflix binges. Now he returns with fellow Dreamville songstress Ari Lennox and KIDDOMINANT for “Amnesia”.

“Amnesia” is an autotune heavy offering with a Caribbean flavor that utilizes heavy technicolor and themes of balancing family with single life. “She  got a list of her needs/ I got convenient amnesia/ She always threaten to leave/ But that ain’t no threat to me, bruh/ Lost  in the blessings, I see/ Last week, my nephew was born, he a Libra/ That was a blessing from Ib and Nicole/ Now every time when I see, bruh.” The single follows his late-2019 collaboration with FKJ for “Risk”. Watch the new “Amnesia” music video above and be sure to stay tuned for an upcoming Bas record in the coming months.
