Apple's Upcoming iPhone 12 Imagined With Dramatic Design Overhaul
By ConceptsiPhone.
YouTube channel ConceptsiPhone has developed a render that could be the closest example of what we can expect from Apple and its upcoming iPhone 12 line-up.
The video specifically focuses on the iPhone 12 Pro, taking hints from one of the world’s most accurate Apple insiders Ming-Chi Kuo. In the render we see ConceptsiPhone revisit one of Apple’s older designs, reworking an iPhone 5-esque model with all-new hardware. As Kuo has previously reported, the Apple iPhone 12 series is expected to have flat metal edges around the model’s entire perimeter, and in the video render, we see just that.
Other notable details to take from ConceptsiPhone’s video is the improved rear-facing camera set-up, which expands on the iPhone 11 series with four individual lenses and a flash in the center of these, housed in the tech conglomerates signature rounded square frame.
Elsewhere we see a notch-less all-screen display that incorporates Touch ID into the glass, a bezel that sports more robust volume and lock controls on its side, and a streamlined front-facing camera set-up. Rounding out the concept iPhone 12 line-up is its variety of colors which includes the typical black and silver offerings alongside red, green and yellow. Take a look at the video above, where you can see ConceptsiPhone’s idea of the Apple iPhone 12 Pro and a shorter teaser of a potential iPhone SE 2.
