Allen Iverson's Reebok Answer V Receives Single-Tone Makeover
Accented with a contrasting strap.
After reimagining Allen Iverson‘s fifth signature Reebok shoe in “White/Matte Silver,” the mid-top silhouette has emerged in two mostly-tonal editions. Nearly all of the shoe is executed in black, save for the bold single-tone straps.
Soft, yet sturdy, nubuck leather on the uppers is dipped entirely in black, with laces, tongue, heel strap, mid- and outsole to match. Iverson’s “3” logo jewel on the lateral side is also rendered in the muted shade, with a hit of Power Red or Collegiate Royal on the logo itself. The crossfoot strap that encircles the upper offers the sole disparity, utilizing the bold red or blue tones to ensure an unmistakable appearance, with another “3” logo imprinted upon the strap.
