After the Nike Adapt Huarache “Opti-Yellow” officially released, the innovative silhouette now gets an on-foot look as well as an example of how it works.

The power-lacing system and LED lights in the sole unit are inspired by the Nike MAG. Lacing has been refined and is controlled through a dedicated Nike app, which has indicators on the screen to tighten and loosen the sneakers.

A closer look at the Nike Adapt Huarache “Opti-Yellow” shows the breathable mesh upper in detail, getting up close to the various panels and layers that make up the shoe’s body. A standout feature of the shoe is its transparent vamp overlay, which acts as the lacing system by tightening and becoming flush to the upper. It sports technical information all-around and is attached to the “FIT ADAPT” heel clip, black sole unit with its LED component and a rounded-triangular shaped Nike Swoosh tag.

Rounding off the shoe is the color-changing LED light on the sole unit, which is also controlled in-app. Take a closer look at the Nike Adapt Huarache “Opti-Yellow” in the gallery above, and see it on-foot and in action below.
