Resident Evil modder Marcos RC has just taken the release of IT: Chapter Two as a source of inspiration for his latest mod of Resident Evil 2.

This new mod changes the skin of the T-00 Tyrant aka Mr. X into a hulking version of Pennywise the clown. When he appears, eerie music begins to play followed by creepy taunts from the demon clown. The visuals match the eerie atmosphere, and certain angles of the gameplay even mirror scenes from the sequel — shadowy silhouettes, door bursts, etc. The result is a seamless integration between the film and the game to make a perfect match.

Resident Evil fans can check out the frightening footage of Pennywise chasing you down in video above. Be on the lookout for other “crossovers” with Pennywise while IT: Chapter Two is out now in theaters.
