Fucking Awesome x adidas Originals Stan Smith Pack Drops This Week
A Fucking Awesome pin replaces the Three Stripes branding.
Jason Dill‘s Fucking Awesome skatewear imprint has been enlisted by adidas Originals to rework the classic Stan Smith. After seeing a preview of the upcoming sneaker in both orange and purple, the duo has now officially unveiled the pack, along with information on how to get your hands on a pair.
The shoe shows a bold orange or purple leather upper contrasted by a black sole unit and a metallic Fucking Awesome pin for branding. adidas detailing, such as the perforated Three Stripes, Stan Smith tongue logo and heel tab motif usually seen on the tennis silhouette, is deleted.
Additional details include metal eyelets, tonal laces, and a reworked heel section, which sees a new asymmetrical design.
Fucking Awesome‘s Stan Smith will see a limited release on September 14 with special launch events in Paris and Tokyo. While a wider release at FA’s Los Angeles store is scheduled for September 21.
In other adidas news, the YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 “Black” is rumored to rerelease on Black Friday.
