Burberry's Low-Top Sneaker Gets Doused in Bricolage of Animal Prints & Check Patterns
Aptly channeling atmos and Nike’s Air Max “Animal Pack.”
Burberry has released a new iteration of its Low-Top Sneaker in a bricolage of materials including vibrant animal prints and the luxury brand’s iconic Vintage Check pattern. Aptly channeling atmos’ various Nike Air Max “Animal Pack” sneakers, the shoe sees zebra, leopard, and cow prints — constructed out of calf hair — scattered across the upper. The brand’s signature pattern equally marks the shoe on the heel and toe box regions.
More details on the shoe include black leather hits on the lace eyelets, as well as rubber overlays where the velcro strap resides. Material-wise, the upper has been constructed from calf hair, calf suede, and calf leather, with the lining and footbed constructed out of calf and sheep leathers. This is all met by a chunky outsole in white, with a rear panel in red marking the heel.
